Realme C100x Review & Overview

The Realme C100x officially launched in Pakistan on 7 September 2026 and is PTA-approved. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 64,999, while the 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs. 74,999. It shares the same 6.8-inch 120Hz display, T7250 chipset, 50MP camera, and 8000mAh battery as the standard C100, but drops down to a lighter plastic build and a lower IP64 rating.

Display

  • 6.8-inch LCD screen — same panel size as the standard C100
  • 720 x 1570 pixels (~254 ppi) — HD+ resolution, not Full HD+
  • 120Hz refresh rate — smooth scrolling and animations for the price
  • Panda@MN228 protection

Display specs match the regular C100 almost exactly, so expect the same trade-off: a smooth, large screen without the sharpness of an FHD+ or AMOLED panel.

Processor

  • MediaTek T7250 chipset — 8-core CPU for everyday tasks
  • Arm Mali-G57 GPU (850MHz)
  • AnTuTu score around 380,571
  • PUBG Mobile runs at 60FPS on supported settings

Same chipset family as the standard C100, aimed at daily use and light-to-moderate gaming rather than performance-heavy titles at high settings.

RAM and Storage

  • 6GB and 8GB RAM options
  • 128GB storage, expandable via memory card
  • eMMC 5.1 storage type

The 8GB variant is the more future-proof pick for multitasking, though eMMC 5.1 remains a step behind UFS storage found on some rivals.

Camera

  • 50MP main camera — f/1.8 aperture, 76° field of view, autofocus supported
  • Modes include Photo, Video, Portrait, Night, Pro, Panorama, Slo-Mo, and Dual-view video
  • Rear video up to 1080p @ 30fps
  • 5MP selfie camera — f/2.2 aperture, 720p video

Camera hardware is identical to the standard C100 — solid for daylight shots and casual use, but there's no ultrawide lens and the selfie camera stays modest at 5MP.

Battery

  • 8000mAh Li-Ion battery — the C100x's main selling point
  • 45W SUPERVOOC charging
  • No wireless charging

With an 8000mAh cell, this is built for users who want to go a full day or more without reaching for a charger, backed by fast 45W wired charging to limit downtime.

Software

  • Realme UI on Android 16
  • Side-mounted fingerprint sensor
  • Standard sensors: proximity, ambient light, e-compass, accelerometer, gyroscope

Ships with current-generation Android 16 out of the box, though Realme hasn't specified how many future OS updates it'll receive.

SIM and Connectivity

  • Nano-SIM, GSM/WCDMA/LTE network support
  • No 5G support — 4G LTE with 3G/2G fallback bands
  • Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), no Wi-Fi 6
  • Bluetooth 5.2 with Low Energy
  • GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and Galileo positioning
  • USB Type-C, FM Radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack
  • No NFC, no infrared port

Connectivity is basic but complete for everyday use — the 3.5mm jack is a plus for wired-audio users, though the missing 5G and NFC are worth noting if either matters to you.

Design and Build

  • Dimensions: 166.48 x 78.23 x 8.78 mm; Weight: 219g
  • Build: glass front, plastic frame, plastic back
  • IP64 rating — dust-tight and splash-resistant, but not rated for submersion
  • Available in Golden Coast and Deepblue Tides

This is the clearest downgrade from the standard C100: that model carries an IP68/IP69K rating with full submersion resistance, while the C100x's IP64 rating only protects against dust and light splashes.

Final Words

The Realme C100x leans on the same core strengths as its sibling — a massive 8000mAh battery, fast 45W charging, and a smooth 120Hz display — while trimming the build quality and water resistance to hit a lower price point.

The 8GB/128GB configuration is the better long-term choice for multitasking, while the 6GB variant works fine for lighter, everyday use.
